Ask a question...Share a tip
Do you ever get stuck and have a question that you need to solve? Or just want to get some feedback on what you've written so far?
Lend a hand on shoveling out some of these questions:
-Posting an idea for the introduction or closing sentences.
-Sharing a website or link that helps to explain a confusing strategy.
For example, check out this web link that includes how to use anecdotes in public speaking situations:) anecdotes in public speaking
Thoughtful posts and questions are appreciated. Extra credit is awarded for supporting and helping each other through challenges ahead.

I would like to share few sites that can help you to make a persuasive essay about " The Environmental Problems"
ReplyDeleteI made one and, I looked up some sites so it could help me have a pretty good support to encourage my readers to start changing the world and make it a better place.
Here are the sites I have went to start my essay:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Global_warming
http://library.thinkquest.org/26026/Environmental_Problems/environmental_problems.html
http://earthfirst.com/7-environmental-problems-that-are-worse-than-we-thought/#
You can look up in some search engines too like in:
Google.com
Yahoo.com
If you want more support or you want to make a very strong support.

Thx a lots brich! ;D
I think leads and great endings to stories are an area of writing that I enjoy most!
ReplyDeleteHere's a site that has some tips from an author.
www.marshahubler.wordpress.com
I like how the author compares lousy leads to WOW leads. Her first one about visiting reptile land is a great one for questioning.
How would you like a frozen mouse for lunch?
If you would, then join dozens of snakes, alligators, and other reptiles at Reptiland, a zoological park at Allenwood in central Pennsylvania.
(From “Lizard Man” – Boys’ Quest; Aug/Sept.02)
This one along with a fascinating fact are lead strategies that I think works great sometimes.

ReplyDeleteHey guys I just find ahttp://jc-schools.net/write/transition.htmz webside that you can use for transdition
This a website ;D

Hey people. who says you need to have a contract with a publisher to be a successful writer? Check out this link! Its about a girl who could make millions of dollars on amazon by selling her book. She is selling them right now for 99 cents. http://www.digitaltrends.com/gadgets/self-published-novelist-amanda-hocking-makes-millions-from-amazon-kindle-sales/
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing these neat sites Tuan and Navid. The list of transition words is a good find! I like the way the transition words are displayed with the headings.
ReplyDeleteThe article that you found Navid does show a unique way that young people can make money publishing books with the Kindle. This makes me think about how the Internet provides writers a broader audience. The Internet takes away some obstacles to getting published = more authors get to publish their works.
